Loved MAYBE YOU SHOULD TALK TO SOMEONE! I started reading it a few years ago and had to stop about 3/4 through because one of her patient's case stories (the cancer one) was just too heartbreaking for me to keep pushing through. However, I've since been through therapy to work on a lot of those underlying issues, so I think I actually could soldier through the rest of the book now, lol. Thanks for the reminder of how great this one is. I'll pick it up again to finally finish it.

And the writing/chickens/cat on the counter book was such a random library impulse grab that I ended up loving so much - but you're not alone: Goodreads told me it was the least-shelved book from my 2024 list lol.
